We believe in a personalized approach to pregnancy care, and offer several birth packages to fit individual needs.
Basic Birth Package- $700
Includes:
Unlimited email and text support throughout pregnancy
One prenatal birth planning visit
12 hours of face to face labor support
1 postpartum phone call or video chat
Basic Plus Package- $750
Includes:
Unlimited email and text support throughout pregnancy
One prenatal birth planning visit
12 hours of face to face labor support
1 hour in-home postpartum care
Deluxe Package- $900
Includes:
Unlimited email and text support throughout pregnancy
2 prenatal birth planning visits
12 hours of face to face labor support
4 hours in-home postpartum care
Postpartum Support
$20 per hour, minimum of 4 hours
Let our experienced doulas help you as you settle into motherhood. Assistance with meals and house cleaning, lactation support, or sitting with the baby while you get some much needed rest. Can be used all at once, or spread out over several days or weeks.
Pregnancy Fitness
Fitness Foundations is a great way to maintain a healthy pregnancy without intense cardio or high impact exercises. This class is taught by one of our doulas, who is also a certified group fitness instructor. We focus on safe movement, increasing strength, range of motion, flexibility, and balance. Breastfeeding Education
Breastfeeding 101 Class- $50
We offer comprehensive breastfeeding education to prepare you for a successful breastfeeding experience. Our doulas come to you so that you don't have to leave the comfort of your home during a vulnerable time, and can refer you to an IBCLC if needed.
Childbirth Education
$200 for private class and workbook
This comprehensive childbirth course covers everything from pregnancy, labor, birth, comfort measures, postpartum, and breastfeeding. It is a 4 hour class taught in the comfort of your own home.
